📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and document advanced solutions for Salesforce Order Management and fulfillment • Translate complex requirements into detailed functional specifications • Ensure integrated solutions move from design to functional application • Orchestrate integrations using REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with third-party platforms and middleware • Provide expert system administration for customized applications • Manage complex security settings, custom objects, and automated workflows • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to respond proactively to changing project objectives and global goals • Own the end-to-end software fulfillment lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working on the Salesforce platform with a focus on fulfillment process implementations • Deep functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, and quote-to-order processes • Technical proficiency with Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, and Advanced Approvals • SQL / SOQL experience • Experience in SFDC integrations utilizing REST/SOAP APIs • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field • Active Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, CPQ Specialist, or Platform Developer) — bonus • Experience working within the middleware and entitlement systems space — bonus • Strong tolerance for ambiguity and a creative problem-solving mindset — bonus
