📋 Description

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation • Manage deployment budgets, scope, and schedules • Forecast resources, costs, and revenue while following project management processes • Serve as the primary client contact during delivery • Establish client relationships and conduct regular status meetings • Collaborate with Sales before contracting on deployment methodology, statements of work, schedules, and budgets • Manage, coach, and train value-added business partners in product implementations • Plan, organize, and conduct client training on wood procurement and harvesting products • Gather business requirements with clients • Oversee solution design, configuration, and testing • Collaborate with sales, product development, and support teams for successful delivery • Bring market insights to product development discussions • Provide progress reports to senior management and stakeholders • Ensure smooth client transition during go-live • Provide post-delivery support and resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in software delivery and project/program management, particularly in programs consisting of multiple software projects • Strong knowledge and experience in wood procurement and wood harvesting • Deep knowledge of forest operations processes • Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation • Experience with forest operations-related data standards • Proficiency with project management tools, processes, and delivery methodologies • Experience in process development, training, and working in a business partner interface • Experience in performance management and quality assurance • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strong customer focus and commitment to excellent service • Fluent English required • Professional working proficiency in German is a bonus • Hands-on familiarity with Trimble Forestry software products is a bonus • Experience defining and implementing industry-wide forest data standards is a bonus • Ability to travel to client sites up to 70 days per year, depending on the project
