📋 Description

• Own and manage the end-to-end functional architecture for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid billing models within Salesforce • Architect high-volume data integrations between Salesforce Billing and downstream enterprise ERP, revenue recognition, tax, and payment platforms • Transform business requirement epics into functional specifications, user stories, and technical blueprints in an agile environment • Collaborate with global finance, revenue operations, and engineering stakeholders across multiple time zones • Troubleshoot and optimize invoice generation, proration logic, and system synchronization processes • Align billing outputs with financial controls and maximize operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 6 or more years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem • Deep functional focus on Salesforce Billing • Proven experience designing complex integrations between billing applications and downstream ERP or financial systems • Comprehensive understanding of the quote-to-cash lifecycle, subscription management, and financial reconciliation • Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams • Experience working with Jira and Confluence • 10% travel requirement • Bonus: experience integrating Salesforce Billing with SAP or Oracle • Bonus: familiarity with revenue recognition platforms, tax engines, and payment gateways • Bonus: experience in high-volume, enterprise-scale monetization and billing environments
