📋 Description

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of accounting journals and intercompany transactions in compliance with Group accounting and reporting policies • Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances, and inventories • Prepare monthly management reports, including consolidation, variance, and Profit and Loss analysis • Support month-end closing, cashflow variance reporting, and departmental budget analysis • Provide backup support for weekly payment processing • Collaborate with auditors, bankers, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve financial queries and facilitate operations • Support statutory and regulatory compliance, including annual audits, tax computations, and annual XBRL filings • Handle ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned • Contribute to financial administration, management analysis, and collaboration across the finance division

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a good University Degree or relevant Professional Qualification • At least 2–3 years of working experience handling full set accounting in a medium/large organization • In-depth knowledge of accounting and reporting processes • Comfortable adopting or exploring automation and AI tools for process optimization and financial analysis • Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Corporate Tax statutory requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets • Familiarity with telegraphic transfers and overseas payment processes is a plus • Familiarity with Xero is a plus • Well organized, meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English • Good team player and able to work under pressure • Must be based anywhere in Malaysia • Must have laptop/CPU, at least two monitor screens, headset with microphone, webcam, designated workstation, stable power and internet connectivity, and a noise-free, conducive environment
