📋 Description

• Develop and own the frontend experience for core real estate platforms • Ensure applications are high-quality, visually polished, and performant • Own styling, layout, and responsive behavior using modern CSS approaches and frameworks • Build scalable, reusable UI components • Contribute to a consistent design system • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs • Translate complex data into seamless user experiences • Advocate for frontend best practices, performance optimization, and accessibility • Contribute to cross-functional discussions with product and design • Ensure high-quality implementation of UI/UX

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend development • Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript • Strong mastery of HTML5 and CSS3, including modern layout techniques and responsive design • Proven experience building complex web applications from scratch • Deep understanding of component architecture and scalable UI systems • Strong experience with state management and client-side performance optimization • Solid communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and design teams • Comfortable working across the stack when needed, including Node.js, APIs, and PostgreSQL • Reliable internet connection • Currently based in Latin America
