📋 Description

• Work directly with non-engineering stakeholders to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities • Design the architecture of each solution and own it from application through infrastructure, tooling, and deployment • Build and ship AI-enabled internal tools • Integrate existing systems and implement LLM-powered features or agents where appropriate • Use AI coding tools to prototype rapidly and iterate based on user feedback • Explain technical decisions and progress in plain language • Report progress to engineering management daily or weekly and flag gaps early • Set up and run local environments • Work with the platform team to deploy solutions to production • Follow client data privacy, security, and governance controls • Move between short- and medium-term projects, sometimes independently and sometimes paired with another engineer

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level full-stack engineering experience • Ability to design and build an application end to end • Java or Python, and React preferred • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Ability to translate technical work for non-technical stakeholders • Product sense and ability to propose solutions without a ticket or specification • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a daily AI-first workflow • Experience integrating LLMs into applications, or strong full-stack experience plus relevant AI prototypes • Autonomy owning architecture, infrastructure, and tooling • Basic infrastructure experience with containers, Kubernetes, and AWS • Ability to set up services locally and work with a platform team on production deployment • Ability to follow data privacy, security, and governance controls • Pass the client AI transformation assignment, including a recorded video • Must be based in Latin America
