📋 Description

• Lead a team working on large and complex systems • Communicate regularly with business stakeholders to understand and align with business goals • Interface with complex enterprise environments to design integrations and solutions that meet business needs • Actively contribute to the codebase and support less experienced developers • Manage a development backlog of bug fixes and feature requests across active and upcoming markets • Coordinate the rollout of new features and support global expansion efforts • Occasionally travel to key markets to collaborate with in-field teams and support feature planning or deployments • Ensure a high standard of communication in English with internal teams and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with leadership on IT projects • Solid knowledge of backend development with Java/Spring Boot • Strong frontend experience with React or Angular • Experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL) • Experience with mobile application projects is a plus • Comfortable working across both new feature development and production support • Excellent English skills for team communication and stakeholder engagement • Strong organizational and planning skills • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Business-oriented mindset, with the ability to connect technical decisions to business value • Willingness to travel occasionally (US, LATAM) • Live in Latin America region
