📋 Description

• As a Social Media Student Assistant (m/f/d), you will support our team in creatively and authentically developing the True Motion brand on social media. • You will take responsibility for the operational implementation of our content and help us excite our community on a daily basis. • You will independently create creative Stories and social media posts and contribute your ideas to content production. • You will be responsible for posting Stories and posts on our social channels and ensuring a smooth publishing process. • You will reply to messages and comments, strengthen engagement with our community and ensure authentic brand communication. • You will identify suitable UGC creators in the running and lifestyle space, expand our creator network and coordinate collaborations—from outreach to content execution. • You will monitor current trends on Instagram, TikTok & other platforms and prepare a weekly trend report with relevant insights and ideas for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Creativity & a sense for trends: You enjoy social media, know current formats and understand what works on platforms like TikTok. • Hands-on mentality: You enjoy practical work, like to try things out and are not afraid to appear on camera. • Organizational talent: You can implement your tasks in a structured way and actively contribute your own ideas. • Basic knowledge of posting and video editing: Initial experience in video editing is a plus. • On-camera presence: It’s a bonus if you feel comfortable on camera and want to produce videos for TikTok yourself. • Passion for sport: Enthusiasm for running, movement or lifestyle topics is an advantage but not a requirement.
