📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve websites and internal web-based dashboards for tracking Atlanta property portfolios • Understand manual Standard Operating Procedures with the US-based management team • Digitize and automate recurring SOP tasks using coding skills and automation platforms • Assist with deploying and managing AI automation projects for data processing, tenant communication, and daily operations • Complete the Moodle-based training curriculum during the first 90 days and ongoing employment • Research software concepts, APIs, and AI tools and apply them to business bottlenecks • Identify technical bottlenecks and investigate software issues • Propose and deploy logical, code-based solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field • Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; developers with less than 3 years of experience • Fundamental knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Familiarity with at least one backend language, such as Python, Node.js, or PHP • Comfortable learning APIs, databases, and low-code/automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, or NocoDB • Strong interest in using AI tools, including the OpenAI API, for business automation • Clear written English skills • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to focus on coding and training modules from home • Must be based in the Philippines
