• Lead Enterprise Architecture projects from concept through successful implementation for clients • Conduct comprehensive analyses of enterprise architecture and identify optimization opportunities • Support and implement strategic EA plans to align with clients’ business objectives • Advise clients on the selection and implementation of modern architecture tools and technologies • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the field of Enterprise Architecture Management • Develop and execute strategic measures to acquire new clients • Conduct needs assessments and design tailored solution approaches for prospective clients • Coordinate and manage consultant teams to ensure excellent service delivery • Monitor project goals, budgets and schedules and report regularly to executive management • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to build long-term partnerships
• Proven consulting experience of at least 3 years in Enterprise Architecture or comparable corporate governance topics • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification • Experience with EAM frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, BIZBOK • Experience with EAM tools such as HOPEX, LeanIX, BizzDesign, planningIT, ServiceNow • Experience with process, architecture or data modeling (BPMN, UML, ER modelling) • The flexibility and mobility required for consulting work • Solid expertise in business processes, organizational structures and IT/Enterprise Architecture • Experience in project management and in leading consulting teams • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a professional demeanour • Team-oriented working style and the ability to motivate and lead staff • Conceptual skills, analytical thinking, enthusiasm, meticulousness and creativity • German language skills at least at C1 level • Very good written and spoken English skills
