📋 Description

• Drive execution and strategy for new consumer trading products • Own end-to-end delivery and iteration from requirements and specifications through launch, post-launch analysis, and continuous optimization • Build community- and creator-driven experiences for opportunity discovery and trading decisions • Design and scale referral, invite, rewards, and partner incentive growth programs, including attribution, reward logic, settlement, and abuse prevention • Explore and build tokenized real-world asset products for on-chain trading • Apply Web3 fundamentals, DEX mechanics, and market data to product decisions • Define success metrics, implement tracking, and run experiments to improve activation, retention, and trading volume • Monitor on-chain trends and consumer crypto developments to identify product iterations and opportunities • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, business development, and security teams

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience on consumer crypto trading products (wallet, DEX/aggregator, or trading apps) • 5+ years as a product manager • Deep familiarity with social and copy-trading apps and on-chain discovery tools • Solid understanding of DEX and aggregator routing, slippage, gas, MEV, token market data, and memecoin/launchpad dynamics • Proven product execution, clear PRD writing, and ability to manage multiple workstreams • Strong growth and data skills, including metrics, funnels, cohorts, viral coefficient, LTV/CAC, and experiment design • Bilingual English/Mandarin required • Must have the right to work in the country where based • Referral, affiliate, or rebate program experience preferred • Creator/KOL ecosystem or community operations experience nice to have • Company unable to sponsor visas
