📋 Description

• Manage operational workflows across multiple recruiting campaigns and client accounts • Coordinate candidate communications, outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and confirmations • Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely, professional responses • Maintain accurate candidate records and operational data • Support recruiters and internal stakeholders with day-to-day operational tasks • Identify process inefficiencies, flag issues proactively, and suggest improvements • Follow and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems • Assist with reporting, audits, and other operational projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in operations, recruiting, HR, administration, customer support, or similar fields • Evidence of exceptional ability (e.g., strong academic record, experience at high-growth startups, founding or startup experience, or other high-signal achievements) • Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking work for accuracy • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively • Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify and solve problems • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn new tools and processes • Excellent written English and professional communication skills • Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST overlap required)
