📋 Description
• Conduct 10–15 minute introductory screening calls with senior US-based candidates • Build rapport quickly so candidates feel understood and excited about next steps • Cover key topics using company screening scripts while keeping conversations natural • Apply the evaluation guide to determine candidate fit for the role or another company role • Log accurate findings in the company system • Manage call schedules, no-shows, and follow-ups independently • Identify recurring candidate questions and role-positioning issues to improve company processes
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of recruiting experience, including screening senior-level candidates in the US, Canada, Europe, or Australia • Strong spoken English and excellent phone skills • Ability to build trust with senior candidates within minutes • Sharp judgment to distinguish substantive answers from polished answers and explain fit decisions • Detail-oriented and organized; able to cover every topic and produce complete, accurate notes • Self-starter who is coachable, takes ownership, acts on feedback quickly, and enjoys learning new systems • Reliable availability during US hours, including early mornings and/or nights in the candidate's time zone
