• Own the end-to-end operation of the website, ensuring updates are executed efficiently, quality standards are upheld, and the site remains accurate, scalable, and conversion-ready. • Coordinate work across Content, Design, Development, SEO, Growth/CRO, Analytics, and QA. • Enforce website governance standards, including templates, modules, permissions, and publishing rules. • Oversee staging, QA, and production releases. • Maintain a clean, scalable HubSpot CMS environment.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing websites in a marketing or growth environment • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CMS (or comparable CMS platforms) • Strong understanding of: • - Website governance and QA processes • - Cross-functional project coordination • - SEO and CRO fundamentals • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and priorities • Experience coordinating with distributed or remote teams • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
