📋 Description

• Support project planning, execution, and reporting • Assist with defining project timelines, tasks, and deliverables • Coordinate with project teams, testers, and evaluators • Track project progress and follow up on tasks and deadlines • Help identify risks, issues, and potential delays • Maintain project documentation, reports, and data • Communicate project updates to team members and management • Support the Project Manager with day-to-day project activities • Help ensure tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals • Work closely with the project team and management on planning, coordination, progress tracking, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) • Comfortable working with and processing large data sets • Proficiency with AI tools and openness to leveraging them in daily work • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail • Willingness to learn and develop project management skills • English (at least B2) — required • Ukrainian (native) — required • Additional languages — a plus • No previous project management experience is required
