📋 Description

• Own the learning-technology solution across a portfolio of client programmes • Set the approach and standards across clients and platforms • Lead solutioning on new opportunities by scoping, sizing and costing work • Write solution narratives and technical approaches and defend them in commercial conversations • Lead technical scoping, architecture and management of Moodle and Surge9 implementations • Govern platform plugin security, POPIA compliance, CI/CD, LTI and interoperability • Coordinate infrastructure, development and data-visualisation partners into one linked system • Hold technical quality across partners not directly managed • Work with client leads to connect learning-technology solutions to wider programmes • Collaborate with the Product team on client solutions and productised platform capability • Specify solution components, success measures, costs, skills and partner inputs for Delivery • Build solutioning capability through method-sharing and coaching

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in learning technology, digital learning systems, ed-tech delivery or technical solutioning, with depth in large-scale learning platforms • Moodle experience is essential • Surge9 or a comparable enterprise learning platform such as Totara, Docebo or Cornerstone is an advantage • Track record of owning a technical approach across multiple engagements or clients • Client-facing solutioning or technical-advisory experience, including work with senior stakeholders • Hands-on experience scoping and managing platform implementations and governance • Knowledge of security, POPIA or equivalent data-protection compliance, LTI and interoperability, and CI/CD • Experience coordinating infrastructure, development and data-visualisation partners • Ability to architect and lead this kind of work • Systems thinking and ability to understand how platforms, infrastructure, data and content connect • Ability to map systems as blocks and relationships • Ability to shape vague client needs into an architecture or measurable structure • Clear writing and presentation skills; comfortable choosing Word or PowerPoint for the audience • Comfortable working with and through AI • Ability to balance solution quality and commercial reality • Short application note describing an architected learning-technology ecosystem, platforms, partners and accountability
