📋 Description

• Run & optimize campaigns across Google / Facebook / TikTok • Analyze performance data and drive ROI improvements • Build & manage local Polish media channels (BD + partnerships) • Maintain app store content & social media presence • Guide creative direction tailored to Polish users • Work closely with product, design, and data teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience • Must have Polish market experience • Strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency) • Fluent Polish; English preferred • Strong communicator, self-driven • Experience in consumer finance = big plus • Chinese language ability = bonus
