📋 Description

• Team leadership & development (The Coach): Training new inquiry/lead intake managers. • Ongoing training and coaching of the existing team through call reviews. • Conducting job interviews to expand our remote team. • Operational lead qualification (The Practice): You actively support the team, call self-generated leads and demonstrate perfect objection handling. • Performance monitoring & processes (The Structure): Monitoring metrics and results. • Ensure seamless documentation of call outcomes in the CRM. • Direct reporting and handover of KPIs to the department head.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in outbound / lead qualification: You know how to break the ice on the phone, handle objections and qualify people. A pure inbound customer-service background is not sufficient — you need drive. • The "player-coach" (hands-on): You are not above picking up the phone. You make calls yourself to lead by example and earn the team's respect. • Train-the-trainer: You can demonstrate how you teach career changers the scripts/guidelines, conduct call reviews and measurably improve the team's closing rate. • An eagle-eye for numbers & CRM: You can navigate systems like Pipedrive/HubSpot without guidance, make decisions based on KPIs and drill the team on accurate documentation (the "single source of truth" in the system). • Strong communication skills & empathy: You speak our team's language, provide reassurance and flexibility, while delivering hard facts and reports to our production manager.
