• Identify and generate a steady stream of leads, fueling our sales pipeline • Conduct outbound prospecting with creativity and persistence to uncover new opportunities • Dive deep into potential clients' needs, ensuring they’re a perfect fit for Turpal’s solutions • Connect with prospects through phone, email, social media, and more, making every interaction count • Be the expert on Turpal’s innovative solutions, educating prospects on how we can transform their business • Schedule high-impact meetings and appointments for our sales team with qualified leads • Work hand-in-hand with our Sales team to smash targets and exceed goals • Collaborate with other teams to brainstorm and implement groundbreaking strategies for lead generation and qualification
• 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or in a similar role, with B2B experience in one or more of the following sectors: Travel Technology Solutions, SaaS (Software as a Service) for businesses (B2B experience is a must) • Cold Calling Champion is a must-have • A Bachelor’s degree is essential; a Master’s degree is a plus • Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with IT tools including Microsoft Office/Google Suite and CRM systems (like Hubspot) • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities with ease • Startup-minded professional who excels in dynamic settings, embraces change, and adapts with agility • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken • Professional to Fluent English and Turkey
