📋 Description

• Support Colombia and LATAM payroll operations • Work directly with the payroll vendor on end-to-end Colombia payroll execution • Support full-cycle gross-to-net processing across regular cycles, off-cycle payments, final settlements (liquidaciones), and statutory benefit payouts (prima, cesantías, and intereses) • Ensure mandatory filings and timely remittances via PILA • Submit electronic payroll reporting (Nómina Electrónica) to the DIAN • Monitor local labor legislation and maintain regulatory alignment • Resolve employee inquiries regarding deductions, withholdings, and benefits • Partner with accounting during month-end close • Deliver gross-to-net payroll reports, accrual data, and variance explanations for audits and journal entries

🎯 Requirements

• 3yrs+ of experience managing payroll processing for Colombia with working experience in accounting • Expertise in Colombian labor, tax, and social security regulations • Experience in Workday, UKG, or similar global payroll platforms • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience with processing equity transactions (desired) • Payroll processing in jurisdictions outside Colombia (desired) • Role based remotely in Mexico
