📋 Description

• Process multi-state US biweekly payroll within Workday, ensuring accurate calculations and data integrity • Coordinate with the local payroll vendor to validate inputs, review outputs, and ensure compliant payroll delivery for Mexico • Provide operational coverage and backup support across Americas regional payroll cycles as needed • Perform detailed biweekly payroll audits alongside US team members • Build positive working relationships with internal stakeholders through timely payroll support and operational feedback • Resolve employee inquiries submitted through ServiceNow, meeting established SLAs • Support US and Mexico payroll operations and bridge cross-border payroll processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience processing payroll for the US • Previous Workday Payroll processing experience • Knowledge of payroll processes, statutory laws, and Fair Labor Standards Act • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Intermediate Excel proficiency • PAYO certification FPC or CPP desired • ADP Smart Compliance or OSV Sphere (or similar platform) experience desired
