📋 Description

• Manage strategic sourcing activities to ensure continuous supply to production and NPI • Track spend analytics, savings, and initiatives • Configure and apply sourcing tools • Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including supply base analysis, supplier selection, RFP preparation and analysis, and KPI development/tracking • Develop and implement key commodities roadmaps • Negotiate supplier contracts, including costs and terms of supply, service, and quality • Conduct market analysis and category-based supplier selection for reagents, distribution channels, plastics, packaging, and capital equipment • Prepare and execute RFI/RFPs and lead bid analysis and evaluation • Estimate risks and apply risk-minimizing techniques to support business continuity and reduce sole and single sources • Maintain strategic sourcing relationships and develop strong partnerships • Uphold internal and external policies, regulations, and laws • Follow regulatory requirements and ISO 13485

🎯 Requirements

• B.A. in Business, Industrial Engineering, Life Science or related field or equivalent work experience • 4+ Years’ experience as a Global Sourcing leader or in a similar position • Deep know how in commodity strategies development • Experience with RFQ implementation and execution • Superb communication skills • Advanced ability to collaborate and negotiate • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities • Willingness to travel to develop, promote, and maintain strategic sourcing relationships • Able to analyze, prepare, and deliver presentations to management • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • SAP knowhow preferred • Experience in Life Science industry and/or Reagents commodities management background preferred
