📋 Description

• Provide accurate Arabic ↔ English live interpretation across healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services • Communicate professionally with speakers of different accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout every call • Complete mostly self-paced online training with approximately 2 days of live online sessions • Handle real interpretation calls under an experienced mentor during the 4-week mentoring period

🎯 Requirements

• Arabic-English interpretation capability • Pass the pre-assessment • Pass the English Assessment • Pass the Arabic Assessment • Complete 3-week training • Complete 4-week mentoring • Performance during mentoring determines progression to the full-time interpreter role • Availability for night shifts starting anytime between 8:00 PM–12:00 AM Malaysia Time • Availability for 8 working hours plus a 1-hour break per shift • Ability to work 5 days per week with 2 days off • Weekend work may be required based on the company roster • Ability to interpret accurately across healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services • Ability to communicate professionally with speakers of different accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout every call
