📋 Description

• Provide real-time, accurate, and confidential interpretation between English and Khmer speakers • Support a wide range of live phone interactions, including general customer inquiries, healthcare, insurance & government-related calls, utilities & financial services, travel and transportation, emergency and high-priority situations • Maintain a professional home environment conducive to uninterrupted communication • Work 8 hours per day + 1-hour break and 40 hours per week on night shift with shift rotation every 3 months • Availability to work on public holidays (24/7 operations)

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in **English and Khmer** (verbal and written) • Strong listening and communication skills • Ability to work rotational night shifts • Dedicated, quiet, and secure home workspace • Based in **Malaysia** • Possess a smartphone (Android 12+ / iOS 15+) or a laptop with the latest OS
