📋 Description

• Lead technical direction and guide engineering teams • Design and develop robust software for organizational use or sale • Determine and analyze project technical needs • Plan and delegate tasks to software engineers • Write and test code as needed • Perform quality assurance tests and resolve technical issues • Document software functionality and components • Approve final products before launch • Track project development progress • Present project status and final products to higher-ups

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of multiple programming languages and frameworks • Strong skills in database design and information technology • Firm understanding of software quality assurance procedures • Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms such as BizTalk and MuleSoft • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Joomla • Significant hands-on software development experience (nice-to-have) • Strong written and verbal communication skills (nice-to-have) • Technical and logistical thinking (nice-to-have) • Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and thorough attention to detail (nice-to-have)
