📋 Description

• Validate and refine the corporate information model for priority domains and document classes • Define metadata structures, naming conventions, content types, controlled vocabularies, relationships, and classification rules • Design information and document lifecycle states, including drafting, validation, publication, support, review, and archiving • Define standards for identifying the source, status, owner, review date, and validation conditions • Establish authoritative source and official system of record principles for priority data and content • Support the design of Building 360, Tenant 360, Project 360, and contextual information discovery experiences • Map SharePoint metadata to information products in the Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers of OneLake • Define requirements for duplicates, versions, conflicts, outdated content, and incomplete information • Work with security specialists to define classification and access requirements • Collaborate with AI and Copilot architecture teams to define approved sources for grounding and traceability • Support business owners in defining roles, accountability, validation cadences, and curation responsibilities • Produce governance policies, standards, and practical guidelines that can be managed by the client • Work on a corporate data and information modernization initiative involving SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, and AI and Copilot solutions • Transform workshop outcomes, document catalogs, priority areas, and future-state concepts into implementable architecture • Support enterprise search, workflows, analytics, document governance, contextual experiences, and grounded AI solutions • Work with SharePoint, Power Platform, and AI architects, data engineers, security professionals, and business information owners

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in enterprise information architecture, knowledge management, taxonomy, records management, metadata, or content governance • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online information structures, libraries, lists, pages, metadata, and search capabilities • Experience modeling business information across different corporate domains • Ability to lead decisions related to information ownership, classification, lifecycle, validation, and quality • Knowledge of the impact of information architecture on search, workflows, analytics, user experience, and AI solution grounding • Experience developing conceptual models, information standards, architecture documentation, and governance artifacts • Ability to translate business needs into implementable and sustainable information structures • Excellent verbal and written communication in corporate environments • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher), with the ability to communicate in writing and verbally in corporate and technical environments • Systems thinking and the ability to understand relationships among business, processes, data, documents, and technology • Analytical mindset, organization, and attention to detail • Comfortable leading workshops and facilitating decisions with diverse stakeholders • Clear, objective communication appropriate for technical and business audiences • Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams • Consultative approach, strong sense of accountability, and governance mindset • Ability to negotiate, mediate conflicts, and build consensus • Commitment to solution quality, sustainability, and traceability • Availability to work in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) time zone • Preferred: experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and medallion architecture • Preferred: experience with document-intensive business processes or regulated and sensitive information • Preferred: experience with information related to properties, buildings, tenants, leases, contracts, floor plans, assets, or projects • Preferred: knowledge of generative AI solutions, grounding, source traceability, or knowledge management applied to AI • Preferred: certifications related to Microsoft 365, SharePoint, data governance, records management, or enterprise architecture
