📋 Description

• Define and configure the organizational, accounting, financial, and tax architecture for a new operation in the insurance sector. • Configure the organizational and accounting architecture of the new insurance company in SAP’s financial and tax modules. • Configure organizational structures, master data, and financial processes in SAP FS-CD. • Create and configure Contract Accounts, Insurance Objects, and the Funds Management and Payment (FBP) engine. • Create and configure Profit Centers for lines of business such as Auto, Home, and Life. • Configure G/L accounting events and bank reconciliation rules. • Work on collections, dunning, and clearing processes. • Ensure integration between financial and tax modules and other systems involved. • Support the definition and implementation of tax requirements for the new operation. • Participate in integration testing and business validation. • Support solution deployment activities. • Document project configurations, processes, and functional decisions. • Collaborate with technical and business teams to define and validate solutions. • Support the resolution of complex issues related to financial and tax processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience with SAP FS-CD (Collections and Disbursements) in the insurance sector. • Knowledge of configuring organizational structures, master data, and the Funds Management and Payment (FBP) engine. • Experience with SAP FI-AP, FI-CO, and Business Partner (BP) modules. • Experience creating and maintaining Profit Centers. • Knowledge of configuring G/L events and bank reconciliation processes. • Experience with collections, dunning, and clearing processes. • Knowledge of databases and SQL/PL-SQL queries. • Experience integrating SAP financial and tax modules. • Ability to work on projects involving the implementation or expansion of financial operations. • Previous experience with insurance companies or insurance-industry projects. • Knowledge of SAP Tax Declaration Framework (TDF). • Experience with SPED Reinf. • Knowledge of Brazilian tax withholdings: INSS, IRRF, PIS, and COFINS. • Experience integrating SAP with Mastersaf. • Knowledge of ancillary tax obligations and tax compliance. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments. • Experience in financial and tax transformation projects. • Analytical thinking and a holistic, systems-oriented perspective. • Strong communication skills with technical and business teams. • Ability to solve complex problems. • Organization and attention to detail. • Autonomy and a strong sense of responsibility.
