📋 Description

• Define and maintain Docplanner's product knowledge content model, including facts, organization, labels, metadata, and internal versus external knowledge • Set quality standards requiring every fact to reference its source in repositories, files, or code • Create one knowledge structure for Kraken customer assistants and Noa doctor assistants • Work in GitHub and repositories to locate feature logic, understand rules and special cases, and turn code into reviewable output • Improve knowledge generation so fewer facts require manual confirmation • Ensure new or changed features are generated from code from day one • Review the existing internal knowledge base article by article and decide whether to migrate, rewrite, replace with generated output, or archive content • Prioritize knowledge-base work based on usage and change frequency and agree priorities with the team manager • Lead the team through the knowledge-base transformation, including method definition, explanation, review, and quality consistency across markets and people • Teach the team to check facts instead of primarily writing articles • Create and maintain working guides, examples, and short training sessions • Build team skills in writing self-contained facts, reviewing generated content, identifying knowledge gaps, working with repository-based content, and testing AI assistant answers • Identify knowledge absent from code, including market and plan differences, on-screen wording, patient-facing content, and screenshots • Design repeatable information-gathering processes with Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Product Experts • Run review loops with feature owners and track corrections and reasons • Define processes for keeping knowledge current across frequent releases, including update triggers, alerts, ownership, and response times • Alert the Help Center team when releases make published content inaccurate • Coordinate with Product Experts, the Help Center team, Kraken and Noa owners, and Engineering • Test assistant answer quality against a fixed list of questions • Support repository access, monorepo migration planning, and required code changes for knowledge extraction

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, knowledge management, developer experience, solutions engineering, or comparable work, with real ownership • Comfortable with Git and GitHub, including branches, pull requests, reading changes, and navigating large codebases • Able to read code well enough to understand rules and special cases; software engineering experience is not required • Experience designing content structures using self-contained content pieces, labels, metadata, and standards • Daily use of Markdown, YAML, or JSON • Experience with documentation that lives in a repository and is versioned, reviewed, and built like code • Understanding of how AI assistants retrieve and use content and how to test their answers • Ability to get busy experts to review facts quickly and design effective review formats • Experience teaching a team a new way of working and making it stick • Independence to build and define a role with no precedent in the company • Professional English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus • Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence or location of the role; visa sponsorship is unavailable • English fluency is mandatory for the position's critical global exposure
