📋 Description

• Accelerate the sales cycle and protect RD Station’s recurring revenue • Technically diagnose complex sales opportunities and ensure solution fit with the customer’s business • Design process flows and data architectures in Miro • Develop rapid proof-of-concepts using Make or n8n • Create agile integrations to address product gaps • Engage with strategic accounts at risk of cancellation by developing customized solutions • Support proactive account retention and expansion • Develop integrations and customized solutions to increase the value delivered to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on sales targets and retention KPIs • Advanced proficiency with integration tools such as Make, n8n, and MCPs • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation in Miro • Deep knowledge of API architecture and integration • Ability to negotiate technical solutions, influence sales through technical authority, and demonstrate business acumen
