📋 Description

• Lead the design and evolution of software architecture, with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability. • Define and implement the overall testing strategy, including unit, integration, E2E, performance, and security testing. • Promote practices such as TDD, BDD, and the Test Pyramid throughout the development lifecycle. • Design and maintain test automation frameworks. • Ensure the continuous integration of tests into CI/CD pipelines. • Oversee regression, load, stress, and performance testing before production deployments. • Address complex technical challenges and remove impediments for the team. • Lead integrations between internal systems and third-party solutions. • Coordinate vendor deliverables and support deployments in enterprise environments. • Ensure monitoring, observability, and traceability of systems in production and staging environments. • Serve as a technical mentor, promoting best practices and team development.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Spanish proficiency for interaction with regional teams. • Strong experience in software testing and quality assurance. • Strong software development experience. • Experience leading technical teams. • Strong experience with C#/.NET. • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis). • Experience with microservices architectures, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture. • Experience with unit testing and test automation tools. • Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, and E2E testing. • Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Artillery. • Knowledge of static code analysis and quality metrics using SonarQube. • Experience building CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
