📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of the organization's enterprise architecture, aligning business strategy, processes, corporate capabilities, applications, data, and technology • Act as a liaison between executive, business, and technology teams • Define Target Architectures, transformation roadmaps, and corporate guidelines • Translate strategic objectives into business capabilities and technology initiatives • Build and maintain the Enterprise Architecture • Define AS-IS and TO-BE architectures and transition plans • Develop technology evolution and digital transformation roadmaps • Assess the enterprise-wide impact of new products, services, and organizational changes • Map business capabilities and model value streams • Identify opportunities for process rationalization • Support strategic decisions regarding products, platforms, and services • Develop enterprise views organized around business domains • Define and maintain corporate frameworks, reference models, and standards • Establish architectural guidelines for technology teams • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles • Conduct architecture assessments and issue technical recommendations • Support technology modernization programs • Assess the acquisition of platforms, products, and market solutions • Identify opportunities to reuse existing capabilities • Promote interoperability across organizational domains • Work with CIOs, CTOs, directors, and executives • Present architectural proposals to strategic stakeholders • Produce executive materials, reports, and enterprise artifacts • Facilitate architecture and governance forums

• Experience and knowledge in Enterprise Architecture • Knowledge of TOGAF ADM • Knowledge of Business Capability Mapping • Knowledge of Business Architecture • Knowledge of Value Chains and Value Streams • Knowledge of Operating Model Design • Knowledge of Strategic Domain-Driven Design • Knowledge of Bounded Contexts and Context Mapping • Knowledge of Event Storming • Knowledge of Service Landscapes • Knowledge of Architecture Governance and Architecture Review Boards • Knowledge of Technology Standards and Architecture Principles • Knowledge of Compliance and Risk Management • Knowledge of Strategic Planning • Knowledge of Digital Transformation • Knowledge of Portfolio Management • Knowledge of Enterprise Roadmaps • Knowledge of Business Cases • Broad knowledge of Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Broad knowledge of Enterprise Integration, APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Data Platforms, and Enterprise Security • TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe Architect, COBIT, and ITIL certifications are a plus • Experience in Open Finance, Core Banking, and payment methods is a plus • Knowledge of Capability-Based Planning and Business Process Management (BPM) is a plus
