📋 Description

• Translate business and end-user needs into intuitive, transformational Salesforce experiences • Define UX concepts through upfront end-user research • Prepare and facilitate client-facing workshops, audits, and customer/stakeholder interviews • Produce personas, journey maps, user flows, information architecture, prototypes, and wireframes • Validate designs through user testing when appropriate • Communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design rationale verbally and visually • Create prototypes demonstrating experience concepts • Lead experience strategy and maintain quality of execution across interactive projects such as web and mobile applications • Develop Salesforce platform knowledge and identify out-of-the-box solutions for customer needs • Explore industry needs and design assertive solutions • Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders • Collaborate with remote and international team members • Contribute to or lead interdisciplinary teams of designers, business analysts, architects, and software developers • Respond constructively to shifting priorities, demands, timelines, and team strategy • Follow and identify key industry and technology trends • Ensure Salesforce certifications and coursework requirements are met • Represent Salesforce vision and values • Serve as an Experience Designer for XOU Solution Consulting in LATAM

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years knowledge and relevant experience in design-related disciplines • 5-8 years in-depth knowledge and experience with a Bachelor degree in a design-related discipline • Experience applying user-centered design processes with customers and cross-functional teams • Experience collaborating with visual design, user research, engineering, solution architects, technical architects, developers, managers, and product teams • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and LucidSpark • Proficient in relevant UX software packages • Proficient in AI tools such as Claude Code, Gemini, and NotebookLM • Creative problem-solving ability for designing on an existing platform • Experience balancing user needs, business requirements, commercial interests, and technological constraints • Design consulting background • Knowledge or experience using Salesforce products • Portuguese, Spanish, and English speaker • Possible travel of about 25%, varying by customer • Ability to analyze and propose changes to evolve Professional Services team practices • Experience across B2B and B2C industries is nice to have • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise software is nice to have • Portuguese or Spanish as an additional language may be required on projects • Experience overseeing and managing business metrics, productivity, and outcomes is preferred
