📋 Description

• Define and maintain Docplanner’s product-knowledge content model, including facts, organization, labels, metadata, and internal versus external knowledge • Set quality standards requiring every fact to reference its source in repositories, files, or code • Create a shared knowledge structure for the Kraken and Noa assistants • Work in GitHub repositories and monorepos to locate feature logic and convert it into reviewable, clear output • Improve code-to-knowledge generation so fewer facts require manual confirmation • Ensure new or changed features generate knowledge from code from day one • Review the existing internal knowledge base and decide whether content should be migrated, rewritten, code-generated, or archived • Prioritize knowledge-base work based on topic usage and change frequency in agreement with the team manager • Lead the team’s knowledge-base transformation and maintain consistent quality across markets and contributors • Create working guides, examples, and training sessions for the new knowledge workflow • Develop team skills in fact writing, generated-content review, knowledge-gap identification, repository-based content, and AI-assistant testing • Identify knowledge not contained in code, such as market and plan differences, interface wording, patient-visible content, and screenshots • Design repeatable information-gathering processes with Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Product Experts • Run review loops with feature owners and track corrections and rejection reasons • Define processes for keeping knowledge current across frequent releases, including update triggers, alerts, and response times • Alert the Help Center team when releases make published content inaccurate • Coordinate inputs from Product Experts, Help Center, Kraken and Noa owners, and Engineering • Test assistant answer quality against a fixed list of questions

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering, knowledge management, developer experience, solutions engineering, or comparable work • Real comfort with Git and GitHub, including branches, pull requests, reading changes, and navigating large codebases • Ability to read code sufficiently to understand rules and special cases; software engineering experience is not required • Experience designing content structures using self-contained content pieces, labels, metadata, and standards • Daily use of Markdown, YAML, or JSON • Experience with repository-based, versioned, reviewed documentation • Understanding of how AI assistants retrieve and use content and how to test assistant answers • Ability to get subject-matter experts to review facts efficiently • Experience teaching teams new ways of working and making the changes stick • Independence to build and define a role with no precedent in the company • Professional written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus, including Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or Italian • Must already have the legal right to work in the country of residence or role location; visa sponsorship is unavailable
