• Analyze course performance metrics to identify content requiring updates • Review student feedback at scale and prioritize actionable improvements • Fix bugs in course materials and address student-reported issues • Update classroom instructions for AWS Console, Azure Portal, and GCP Console changes • Update Python/NodeJS code and outdated exercise and project dependencies • Update course text, screenshots, instructions, tutorials, exercises, and projects • Install updated Python packages in Udacity Workspaces • Update exercises and starter code for newer programming environments, such as Python 3.6 to Python 3.12 • Test Cloud Labs and verify required cloud services are enabled • Troubleshoot student access and permissions in federated AWS, Azure, and GCP accounts • Work primarily as an individual contributor with Udacity team members and potentially Content Developers, Program Managers, and Learning Architects to define scope, set priorities, and gather information
• Strong understanding of popular services in two of AWS, Azure, or GCP • Familiarity with compute, database, networking, storage, backup, container, and Kubernetes services • Familiarity with at least one CI/CD tool, preferably CircleCI or GitHub Actions • Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies • At least 2 years of software development experience, preferably in JavaScript or Python • Experience with Git/GitHub and version control systems • Ability to debug and update Python-based exercises and projects • Strong troubleshooting skills • Excellent written communication skills for documenting changes and providing clear instructions • Ability to write technical instructional documentation comparable to official AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP documentation • Strong attention to detail and a student-first mindset • Architect-level certification is a plus • Resume highlighting relevant cloud experience required for application
