📋 Description

• Conduct 1-hour video calls with new customers to explain website features and functionality • Provide personalized guidance based on customers' business needs and goals • Help customers manage and update their websites • Troubleshoot technical issues during onboarding • Educate customers on website management, SEO optimization, and online marketing best practices • Gather customer feedback for onboarding, product, and development teams • Create and maintain onboarding documentation and resources

🎯 Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required • A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus • Prior experience in customer service, support, sales, or a related role is preferred • Basic technical proficiency and willingness to learn about website building and digital marketing • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Additional language skills may be a plus • Ability to work 8 uninterrupted hours per day, up to 5 days per week • Must work one day on either Saturday or Sunday • Availability during stated EST business hours • Basic understanding of website-building tools and online platforms • Fundamental understanding of design principles • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Customer-first mindset and empathy • Passion for technology and small businesses
