📋 Description

• Own and evolve UJV’s CRM ecosystem within HubSpot • Build scalable segmentation and lifecycle strategies moving advisors from new leads to highly engaged, high-value partners • Improve audience targeting, engagement scoring, and database health • Build and execute email campaigns across nurture flows, co-op campaigns, re-engagement sequences, and conversion-focused initiatives • Develop segmentation based on advisor behavior, engagement history, booking trends, and destination interests • Create automated workflows for onboarding journeys, nurture sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and conversion funnels • Own email performance reporting and optimization • Track engagement, conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI • Test, iterate, and improve campaigns using AI-powered tools for targeting, messaging, efficiency, and performance insights • Work closely with Marketing, designers, content creators, and Sales • Drive at least USD 5 million annually through email

🎯 Requirements

• High-performance mindset and drive; results-oriented culture • Experience in the travel industry (required), ideally luxury travel • HubSpot Marketing Hub certified, or demonstrably proficient in all aspects of the platform; must be a system expert • 3+ years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record of success • Significant expansion of email subscriber lists • Continual growth of engagement rates • Campaigns delivering high conversion rates and significant revenue growth • Detailed reports showing profitability across platforms and campaigns • Experience with email marketing automation tools and workflows • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English • Creative mindset producing high-performing, data-driven marketing • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom email templates (bonus) • Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI (bonus) • Strong background in inbound marketing methodology (bonus) • Experience integrating HubSpot with CRM data for end-to-end revenue attribution (bonus)
