🎯 Requirements

• Fluent Portuguese and English communication skills. • Proven experience leading AI and Generative AI projects from ideation to functional prototypes. • Strong ability to translate business challenges into technical strategies and roadmaps. • Experience engaging with executive and C-suite stakeholders. • Strategic challenger mindset, focused on outcomes, impact, and prioritization. • Ability to operate effectively in Day Zero environments with limited structure or defined direction. • Deep understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem. • Strong focus on digital transformation and long-term solution adoption.
