📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and user needs • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups • Audit the existing website to identify usability gaps, design inconsistencies, and performance flaws • Ensure consistency in brand and design standards across projects • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions • Translate feedback into design iterations and refinements • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Develop a detailed UX improvement roadmap with clear, actionable recommendations for handoff to the development team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, Specialist, or similar role • Strong understanding of UX principles, with a focus on best practices in the e-commerce domain • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web and mobile platforms • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) • Demonstrated expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including experience using analytics and behavioural insights to drive design decisions • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability best practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects • Approximately 4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time (ET) required • Must be based in India
