📋 Description

• Drive brand experience in the wholesale channel • Assist in building and executing omni-channel account marketing plans aligned with European brand, category, and retail marketing strategies and account business plans • Drive sell-through of Under Armour products through wholesale partners in online and offline channels • Develop and seasonally update in-store space environments and online brand stores in collaboration with creative, sales, and visual merchandising teams • Manage annual account marketing budgets with the Senior Channel Marketing Manager, channel marketing leadership, and Finance • Create, manage, and deliver seasonal go-to-market plans with channel marketing and account sales teams • Serve as the point person for channel marketing discussions and day-to-day marketing relationships with accounts • Define, manage, and execute seasonal and always-on POS marketing initiatives through local marketing agencies • Assist with account presentations, seasonal sell-in activities, brand activity, and account marketing support • Report on and measure the contribution and ROI of account marketing activities • Manage external agency and vendor relationships related to account marketing plan execution • Execute global, European, and bespoke channel marketing initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred • 2–4 years of experience in Account, Retail, or Brand Marketing, preferably within a sports and/or lifestyle brand • Expert-level verbal and written German and English • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and account partners • Understanding of developments and trends in digital, retail, and brand marketing • Vast understanding of German and Austrian retail environments, customer buying behavior, stores, online channels, and competitor landscape • Experience with self-reliant time and budget management • Good analytical skills, data analysis, performance measurement, and decision-making • Self-motivated, proactive, and strong sense of ownership • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment • Must be based in Germany; ideally local to Munich • No employment-based work authorization sponsorship available • No relocation provided
