• Вести власні креативні паки від гіпотези до результату • Визначати аудиторію, її мотивацію, ключовий меседж і параметри тесту • Знаходити нові кути подачі спортивного продукту • Досліджувати мотивації та бар’єри людей, які займаються спортом • Писати сценарії та технічні завдання для моушн-дизайнерів • Давати фідбек під час виробництва креативів • Розвивати успішні креативи, тестуючи нові хуки, меседжі та варіації • Разом із User Acquisition аналізувати CPA, CR, CTR, hook rate та інші результати запусків • Досліджувати рекламу конкурентів і органічний контент TikTok та Reels • Репортити напряму Head of Marketing

🎯 Requirements

• Досвід саме в креативному маркетингу для performance-каналів • Розуміння маркетингової воронки й метрик • Уміння знаходити мотивації та бар’єри різних аудиторій і перетворювати їх на рекламні меседжі • Уміння писати рекламні тексти й сценарії та формулювати завдання для дизайнерів • Самостійне ведення й розвиток маркетингових гіпотез • Інтерес до спорту • Англійська на рівні B2 або вище • Буде плюсом: performance-креативи для продуктів у сфері спорту, здоров’я чи фітнесу • Буде плюсом: досвід роботи з Ads Library, органічним контентом TikTok чи Reels або AI-інструментами
