📋 Description

• Conduct rapid ad hoc analyses of paid media performance, answering the team’s questions and supporting optimization decisions • Extract, combine, and process data from various media platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DV360 • Develop and maintain paid media performance dashboards and reports, focusing on investment efficiency and business outcomes • Monitor key campaign metrics, identifying deviations, trends, and opportunities • Structure budget allocation analyses, cross-channel comparisons, and evaluations of A/B tests, creatives, and audiences • Ensure the quality and consistency of media data, identifying discrepancies between platforms and internal sources • Document queries, models, and metric definitions, contributing to the team’s data governance

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, processing, and joining • Previous experience working with paid media data and knowledge of major advertising platforms • Familiarity with digital performance and business metrics (CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion funnels) • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau) • Analytical thinking, agility in answering business questions, and the ability to prioritize what truly matters • Attention to detail and a critical perspective on data quality • Strong communication skills to translate data into clear insights for non-technical teams • Preferred: experience with Databricks • Preferred: knowledge of Python for data analysis • Preferred: experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer) • Preferred: experience in financial institutions, cooperatives, or companies with structured performance marketing operations
