📋 Description

• Build credit recovery predictive models • Develop payment propensity models • Create portfolio segmentation and prioritization strategies • Develop Next Best Action models for collections • Design advanced metrics and dashboards • Apply Machine Learning techniques to credit recovery • Conduct studies to measure the impact of adopted strategies • Identify opportunities for automation and intelligence in collections • Support ROI measurement for recovery initiatives • Partner with business teams to turn data into decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • Strong experience in Data Science applied to credit, collections, or recovery, preferably within financial institutions • Experience building and deploying predictive models in production • Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL • Strong command of Machine Learning, Applied Statistics, and Data Modeling • Experience with business metrics and A/B testing • Knowledge of Power BI • Databricks is a plus • Experience with Recovery Scoring and models applied to credit recovery • Knowledge of Generative AI applied to collections • Experience working with credit unions
