📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions • Contribute to global projects involving other IT resources • Leverage AI tools for day-to-day tasks and technology improvement • Administer AI security, MCPs, agents, and other AI technologies • Analyze, design, and implement Microsoft solutions in a global enterprise environment • Administer VMware 7+, Windows OS 2012+, clustering, and load balancing • Maintain consistent hardware/software patch levels and firmware • Administer Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure • Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions for new projects • Manage users, security, and email in Active Directory and Azure AD/O365 • Administer storage SANs and dedicated storage disks • Respond to higher-tier incidents and after-hours calls and alerts as required • Manage and monitor backups and disaster recovery • Create and maintain SOP, process, and policy documentation • Deploy and maintain Windows servers and storage SANs according to security and sustainability best practices • Mentor, train, and collaborate with team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Information Technology or Computer Science • Willingness to work flexible work-schedule, India Hours 12 PM IST to 9 PM IST, and US Hours if required • MCSE/Azure/AWS/VMware Certification - advanced level • Windows Server - advanced level • Microsoft Azure - advanced level • VMware 7+ - advanced level • PowerShell/VB Script/SQL/Python scripting - advanced level • TCP/IP, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, FTP/SFTP - advanced level • Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 and Azure Administration • Managing servers/storage/backups/security • Active Directory/Entra AD and Group Policy management • SAN administration • VMware Administration • Organization skills: ability to manage time, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and complete all assigned tasks • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills • Vendor management • Quiet, private, distraction-free work environment without conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shift • 100 MBPS Internet speed and 9 hours of power backup
