📋 Description

• Support organisational change activities across large-scale transformation programs • Conduct change impact, readiness, and risk assessments • Develop and execute communication, engagement, and training strategies • Create compelling change communications and stakeholder engagement materials • Support monitoring adoption metrics and measuring change effectiveness • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and training programs • Support leaders and teams through business and technology change initiatives • Contribute to continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies • Partner with OCM Managers, senior stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to drive successful change adoption and lasting outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years' experience in Organisational Change Management or transformation roles • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Experience supporting the delivery of end-to-end change management activities • Ability to simplify complex information into clear and actionable messages • Experience developing communication, training, and adoption plans • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Psychology, HR, Organisational Development, or related discipline • Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded • Australian Citizen • Baseline clearance required
