📋 Description

• Support preparation and review of sales contracts, quotations and commercial documentation for Italian customers • Execute internal contract and order processes using Salesforce, SAP, OA and other internal systems • Check commercial accuracy including pricing, configuration, payment terms and contractual milestones • Prepare Proforma Invoices and coordinate payment follow-up with Finance and Sales • Support tender documentation and other commercial documentation when required • Monitor contract execution and customer payment milestones • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Project Management, Logistics and Headquarters teams • Maintain accurate documentation and data in internal systems • Support the development and improvement of local operational processes as United Imaging expands its direct business in Italy • Perform other operational duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Supply Chain or a related field • Fluent Italian and English are required • Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage • 0–3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales support, order processing, finance, consulting or related areas • Some prior business or corporate working experience is preferred • Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Detail-oriented, structured and comfortable working with numbers and documentation • Strong communication and coordination skills • Able to learn new processes quickly and take ownership early • Comfortable working across European and Chinese teams • Strong learning ability • Commercial awareness • Attention to detail • Ownership and reliability • Ability to work under deadlines • Professional maturity • Curiosity about international business and the medical technology industry
