📋 Description

• Provide functional and technical leadership across Finance-related processes and initiatives • Establish, document, and continuously improve finance methodologies, reporting standards, planning principles, and internal financial policies • Define management reporting and planning frameworks, including financial metrics, allocation principles, assumptions, and modelling logic • Set financial and accounting treatment for complex or non-standard transactions and ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable standards • Own the quality and integrity of financial and management reporting, period-end close, and consolidated results across multiple entities • Align accounting records, management reporting, forecasts, and operational data through data ownership, validation, and reconciliation principles • Own and strengthen the financial control framework and ensure audit readiness • Define scalable finance processes and drive standardization, automation, and finance transformation initiatives • Own finance requirements for ERP and other financial systems • Own financial planning, forecasting, and business modelling methodology • Drive financial performance analysis and identify key drivers, trends, risks, and deviations from plan • Assess the financial impact of new products, business models, and strategic initiatives through scenarios and business cases • Partner with business, technology, legal, and tax stakeholders to integrate financial considerations into business decisions • Lead a team of finance professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive finance experience in a complex international organization, with significant ownership across financial reporting, planning, internal controls, and finance methodology • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles • Solid understanding of management finance, financial planning, and financial modelling • Proven experience developing and improving financial methodologies, processes, and standards • Strong understanding of management reporting, performance analysis, period-end close, consolidation, internal controls, and financial data flows • Experience working in a multi-entity international environment with complex financial structures and flows • Strong analytical and structured thinking • Experience with ERP systems, finance automation, and finance transformation initiatives • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently lead complex Finance initiatives • Professional working proficiency in English
