📋 Description
• Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns • Search for growth points in marketing metrics • Build and automate marketing dashboards • Analyze the quality of acquired traffic and its monetization • Develop recommendations for the marketing team • Test hypotheses on ad campaign optimization together with the User Acquisition team • Draw conclusions and propose solutions that improve traffic-buying efficiency and marketing ROI
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in marketing or product analytics • Strong SQL skills • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar) • Solid understanding of statistics • Experience with Python • Understanding of web attribution and performance marketing • Experience collaborating with User Acquisition teams and supporting data-driven decisions • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail • Ability to identify root causes of changes, not just describe the numbers • Ability to build and defend clear business conclusions and recommendations • Proactive mindset and strong communication skills
