📋 Description

• Promote agile values and best practices across teams and the organization • Ensure teams adopt them and have appropriate tooling • Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure a shared understanding of objectives • Foster communication with stakeholders to protect teams from external interruptions • Support the team in writing, updating and understanding the backlogs • Coach the team to maximize the value of each iteration • Ensure the well-being of each team member and facilitate resolution of individual, collective and technical issues • Track team metrics: velocity, burndown/burnup, team engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally hold an engineering or technical degree (equivalent to Bac+4 or Bac+5) • Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework • Familiarity with scaled agile practices • Significant technical experience • Several years of experience in agile projects
