📋 Description
• Full-cycle support of M&A transactions • Taking responsibility for specific workstreams within projects • Preparation and structuring of sales and transaction documents • Conducting company valuations and industry analyses • Building and maintaining relationships with potential investors and buyers
🎯 Requirements
• Proactive, can-do mindset • Passion and curiosity • Academic background in economics/business or law • Initial practical experience in Corporate Finance/M&A, Audit/Transaction Services, or strategy consulting • Analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to work • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 • Fluent German and English
