📋 Description

• Manage advisory projects from initial assessment through implementation and completion • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate with client management, internal teams, regulators, consultants, and external service providers • Assess client operations, processes, and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities • Support restructuring, transformation, and operational improvement initiatives • Coordinate insurance run-off projects, including operational, claims, financial, and regulatory workstreams • Manage projects related to establishing new insurance companies, branches, or operations, including licensing, operational readiness, and implementation • Coordinate the development and implementation of policies, procedures, workflows, and operating models • Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and outstanding actions • Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for clients and management • Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and in line with quality standards and client expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Project Management, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within insurance, consulting, advisory, or project management • Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory environments • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams • Strong project planning, coordination, communication, and reporting skills • Experience in restructuring, operational transformation, insurance run-off, market entry, or business establishment projects is an advantage • Ability to work effectively with clients, regulators, consultants, and cross-functional teams
